Bloomberg Businessweek’s stunning Ground Zero cover
Some business and news magazines are doing much better than others at figuring out what their new roles are. One important element, I think, is to put a premium on visual design, which almost always gets lost on news websites.
I’ve been particularly impressed with Bloomberg Businessweek, whose design department is run by a young Brit named Richard Turley. See my Business Insider profile of Turley and some memorable cover designs from the past year here. And don’t miss Turley’s post on his Tumblr explaining this week’s cover.
